Konnect Youth Consortium (KYC) is an independent, non-profit organization, with its central office in Kericho County, Kenya. The organization implements its activities in Kericho,Narok, Bomet, and Bungoma Counties and targets to extend its operations to other counties.
The organization was registered with the Kenya NGO Coordination Bureau on 21st June 2007. Since its inception, KYC has managed over eight grants varying in size.A great percentage of the grants are focused on health and HIV programs for Adolescent and Young People (AYP) and the rest on other areas such peace building and social cohesion, youth leadership and creative arts.
These projects have been supported the following partners; The Walter Reed Project HJFMRI from (2007-Present), The National Syndemic Diseases Control Council (NSDCC) formerly National AIDS Control Council, AMREF, UN Women funded Gender Violence Recovery Centre (GVRC), USAID through MTRH and I choose life Africa-Fanikisha project.

Through these programs, KYC continues to positively impact communities and the well-being of thousands of individuals across Kenya. Our work has not only strengthened health systems but also enhanced the capacity of communities to lead healthier, more resilient lives.
Our programs successfully achieved significant milestones by implementing strategic planning and fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement. Through careful analysis and goal setting, we identified priorities and developed comprehensive action plans to guide our efforts.

The skills infusion program has enabled us to reach over Five Hundred Youths where have been able to learn essential skills like computer packages, Piano, Guitar, Photography, and Videography.

Through our efforts, we have been able to trace over a thousand individuals and over Two Hundred under-five living with TB, and through our TB prevention program they have been able to get medication easily.

Through the support and resources provided, I’ve been able to turn my entrepreneurial ideas into a reality, I am currently starting a photography Bussiness. The focus on entrepreneurship has given me the confidence and tools to build my own business, creating opportunities not just for myself, but also for others in my community
