With the rise in unemployment among the young people, and the inadequate practical and relevant skills for the job market KYC annually provides a robust internship program for young graduates to enable have the skills, attitudes and competencies to navigate the complexities of the workplace. KYC also provides practical knowledge, approach and solutions to young people seeking to pursue entrepreneurship.

Environmental Conservation

The survival and socio-economic well-being of Kenyans are ultimately intertwined with the environment. The population-health-environment (PHE) approach to development recognizes the interconnections between people and their environment and supports cross-sectorial collaboration and coordination. Notable drivers of environmental degradation are high rates of population growth, inappropriate technology, unsustainable consumption and production patterns, and increased incidences of poverty and climate change.
